RA068-04100 Brake Shim Insulator

The RA068-04100 is a Brake Shim Insulator manufactured by Rapco Inc. with FAA-PMA certification. Developed as a direct replacement for the Cleveland 068-04100, this component is installed between the brake pad and the caliper piston, reducing heat transfer to the hydraulic braking system and contributing to extended service life of discs, pads, and internal brake components.

Manufactured from high-temperature phenolic material, it is recommended for replacement during maintenance of Cleveland brake assemblies as specified by the aircraft manufacturer.
