Return and Refund Policy


At Blackbird, we are committed to providing high-quality parts and excellent customer service. This Return and Exchange Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and related requests.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be authorized in advance by Blackbird.

Customers must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns received without an approved RMA number may be refused.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • The item received does not match the original order
  • The request is submitted within 15 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in the original packaging
  • All manuals, certifications, labels, and tags are included and intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Installed, used, altered, or modified parts
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Electrical or electronic components
  • Items sold as As-Is, No Return, or Non-Refundable
  • Items returned without original documentation, labels, or certifications

Inspection and Approval

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon arrival.

Blackbird reserves the right to approve or deny any return request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, depending on the item condition and reason for return.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error made by Blackbird, return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • If the return is requested by the customer for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved exchanges, store credits, or refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and may require technical inspection or evaluation before approval.
