Shipping policy
BLACKBIRD – SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products sold by Blackbird ("Company"). By placing an order with Blackbird, the customer ("Customer") agrees to the terms described below.
1. Shipping Methods
Blackbird ships products using reputable international and domestic carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other authorized logistics providers. The shipping method will be selected based on customer instructions, urgency, destination, and product requirements.
2. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made under the following standard terms:

EXW (Ex Works) – Default shipping term

Alternative Incoterms (FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) may be applied upon customer request and written confirmation
All responsibilities, risks, and costs associated with the selected Incoterm shall follow the latest version of Incoterms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Selected shipping method

All freight charges will be communicated to the Customer prior to shipment approval, unless prepaid shipping arrangements are already in place.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Blackbird shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers or logistics providers

Customs clearance procedures

Government inspections

Weather conditions

Force majeure events

Incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer
6. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title to the goods transfer to the Customer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm at the time of shipment.
7. Export and Customs Compliance
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and import documentation when required. Blackbird complies with all applicable export control laws and regulations.
