This Legal Notice ("Notice") establishes the general legal conditions governing the use of services, products, communications, documentation, and information provided by Blackbird ("Company"). By engaging in business with Blackbird, the customer ("Customer") acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.
1. General Disclaimer
All information, product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing provided by Blackbird are subject to change without prior notice. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, Blackbird does not guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
2. Product Condition and Airworthiness (If Applicable)
Unless specifically stated in writing, products sold by Blackbird are not certified for airworthiness or operational use. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to verify the condition, certification status, compatibility, and regulatory compliance of any product prior to installation or use.
Blackbird assumes no responsibility for improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer or regulatory guidelines.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blackbird shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Damage to equipment or property

Personal injury or third-party claims
In all cases, the total liability of Blackbird shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
4. No Professional or Technical Advice
Any technical guidance, recommendations, or information provided by Blackbird personnel is offered in good faith but does not constitute engineering, regulatory, legal, or professional certification. Final responsibility for use, installation, and compliance rests solely with the Customer.
5. Regulatory and Compliance Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to:

Export control laws and trade regulations

Aviation authority requirements (FAA, EASA, ANAC, or equivalent)

Customs and import regulations

Safety and operational standards
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, trade names, documents, and materials provided by Blackbird remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Products and Services
Blackbird may supply products manufactured or serviced by third parties. The Company does not assume responsibility for the performance, reliability, or warranty obligations of third-party manufacturers or service providers beyond what is expressly stated in writing.
8. Force Majeure
Blackbird shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or supply chain shortages.
9. Governing Law
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
