BLACKBIRD – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Blackbird, we are committed to providing high-quality parts and excellent customer service. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged.
1. Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized in advance by Blackbird. Customers must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.
2. Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged or defective

The item shipped does not match the customer's order

The return request is made within 15 days from the delivery date

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

All documentation, certifications, and tags remain intact
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Parts that have been installed, used, or modified

Custom-made or special-order items

Electrical or electronic components

Items sold as "As-Is", "No Return", or "Non-Refundable"

Items returned without original documentation or certification
4. Inspection and Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Blackbird reserves the right to approve or reject the return based on the condition of the item and compliance with this policy.
5. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item and the reason for the return.
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error by Blackbird, shipping costs will be covered by the company.

If the return is requested by the customer for convenience, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
7. Exchange Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchanges or credits will typically be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
8. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer's warranty terms and may require technical evaluation before approval.
