MS20995C25 Safety Wire / Lock Wire
The MS20995C25 is an aircraft safety wire, also known as safety wire or lock wire, used for mechanical locking of bolts, nuts, plugs, connections, and other components subject to vibration.
This part number features a nominal diameter of 0.025" and is manufactured in stainless steel / corrosion resistant steel, typically in 302/304 stainless steel material, per ASTM A580 specification. It is a smaller gauge than the MS20995C32, recommended for applications where the manual calls for finer safety wire.
