AN960-416L Flat Washer
The AN960-416L is an aircraft standard flat washer from the AN960 Light series, engineered for use with 1/4 inch screws and nuts. Manufactured in steel with cadmium plating, it provides a uniform bearing surface that distributes fastening loads, protects structural components, and enables precise assembly adjustments.
The "L" designation identifies the Light Series (reduced thickness) version, used when minimal spacing is required or fine gap adjustment (shim) is necessary.
Manufacturer's release with every part. FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or the manufacturer's certificate of conformity, exactly as received from the source. Never altered or re-issued.
Lot traceability on every shipment. Every order also ships with a Blackbird Certificate of Conformance and lot-split record linking your part to its source certificate, the receipt it arrived under and every quantity released from that lot.
Identified and stored under control. Each part is labeled with its part number, lot and certificate reference and kept at a tracked bin location.
