The 704A37-721-089 Main Gearbox (MGB) Oil Pressure Switch is an OEM pressure switch manufactured by Airbus Helicopters. It is designed to monitor the main gearbox oil pressure and activate the cockpit warning system when oil pressure falls below the specified threshold. This part was introduced as an improved replacement for P/N 704A37-721-082 and is mandated by FAA Airworthiness Directive for certain AS350 helicopters.
